Is this the correction, or a coming crash?
First, long-duration Treasurys (NAR:TENZ) continue to rally despite Fed tapering of quantitative easing and Yellen’s comments on a potential rate hike in 2015. Gold (NAR:GLD) has fallen unrelentingly, almost straight down following a powerful run up so far this year. Momentum stocks, particularly biotechs (NASDAQ:IBB) and those in social media (NASDAQ:SOCL) , have gotten utterly wrecked. U.S. small caps (NAR:IWM) , which have reached historically high valuations, are clearly breaking down, while within the U.S. market, large-caps take the lead.

Has the correction finally started? There are enough things happening behaviorally within the market to consider this. The deflation pulse, which has been a big theme of mine over the past year, remains alive and well.
