This was a great post, Cats. Glad we have this basher-free zone to share our thoughts on a company that continues to make more and more money, which will make all of the loyal investors here very large returns on their investment.

Wilton - I know you read this board. Simply put, you should be ashamed of yourself for your actions this week. Your refusal to answer my inquiries asking for you to explain why you are posting lies about me and our discussions over Scrips clearly demonstrates your complete lack of character and greed. You should be thanking me for trying to save you over $1.5M in that other P&D company. You should be thanking me for inviting you to join me in Scrips. Otherwise, you never would have heard about this great company. To say you blindly relied on me to make your investment in SCRC is a blatant lie intended to childishly avoid responsibility for your own actions. Even so, I saved my PM to you inviting you to "check out" SCRC. There was no pressure, there was no "rush in and buy ASAP" pressure. And I am not a paid promoter. You know exactly what I do for a living, and I truly hope you did not violate my privacy in your private communications with CHP and the other band of misfits. I am not paid to post here, I am not paid to write you or talk to you about the company. Instead, I am excited about SCRC, I want everyone I know to at least have the opportunity to check out this little gem. And selfishly, I wanted to attract as many loyal and patient shareholders to eat up the float, be patient and friendly to the company to allow it the space it needs to succeed. I was counting the days when we could all celebrate the success of ScripsAmerica. And I wanted every person I invited to join me to make lost of money. Indeed, everyone on Team BSAV has a lower average basis than me, guaranteeing that if I make great returns here, all of you will make even larger returns.

To say you didn't know about the notes at the time you and I spoke and that I concealed the toxic notes is outrageous and laughable. I recomended that you "check out SCRC", I told you the financials were ugly, I gave you my worst-case scenario that I believed at the end of 2014 the total outstanding shares would be about 125M. Admittedly, I was not an expert in penny stocks and how this toxic financing worked, nor did I fully understand how so damn aggressive the toxic sellers are. And, yes, I was a bit naive at the beginning to believe Ironridge was our "partner" and would stay in to enjoy the success of the company as SCRC transformed itself and built out its multiple revenue-generating businesses. Having said that, everyone who was buying SCRC last year and this year, knew about the notes. You knew as well. They were the subject of hundreds of posts and pasted verbatim from the fins onto iHub every day by MS, Flyers, and CHP. None of us knew how bad it was, and we were all handicapping the PPS based on known key factors. The market also expected a big order from China in January or February and was disappointed to learn that HK would be first, and probably more disappointed with the $200K order. Many factors have weighed on the PPS. Frankly, I wish I had waited until March to load up, as I could have accumulated about 4M shares by now instead of 2M. Heck, that's the truth with any stock I buy that declines in price, but there is not an investor past or present who can time every bottom and top, surely not you. So, at the end of the day, we are the ones who click on the "buy" and "confirm" icons. And shame on anyone for blaming others for this decision, especially people who share good investment opportunities in an effort to help others.

I don't expect an apology from you, nor do I expect you to admit your libelous remarks against me, as your words this weekend and your continued refusal to engage me in a reasonable dialogue despite everything I've done to help you to make money speaks loudly that you're not the type of person who chooses to do the right thing. ScripsAmerica will be one of the best investments of 2014, Bob Schneiderman will be in the running for CEO of the year, and WiltonWeather will be the biggest disappointment. Please take your tissue, your $30K loss, and kiss my a$$!

Warm regards,

BSAV
