Indeed it is nice to see changes are on the way. The Wall Street criminals have been enabled by the regulators who for years chose to look the other way. I remember one SEC Chairman asking "how much fraud are you willing to accept"? Well, the banksters and the brokerage firms have had free pickings the past 15 years but those days are almost over. As more and more companies and their shareholders have become educated and are now taking steps to fight back. A few expensive lessons with huge losses will do more to end the abuse than the regulators have accomplished over the past 15 years. I just hope the taxpayers are not the ones who end up bailing out the fraudsters. None of them are too big to fail. Prosecute them!
