The next most important event for us is the release of news for the merger terms.
"The merger agreement also is expected to be completed and signed in the next thirty days at which time more details of the terms and the timing of the merger can be disclosed. The terms PR, unless they are giving us a huge middle finger, should be written by DGold and give a super clear picture of what the future looks like control wise. The SEC likes to suspend for questions of control.
