This is impossible you cannot put a fence up in the winter according to some of the fence experts on iHub

I just came from the build site, and here is my observations, the fence is coming along good, the west side outer fence has the chain link up except where the house sits, the north side outer chain link is complete and the east side top rail is about 50%, They should IMO have the outer fence complete this week.
The foundation is complete on all four sides and the ground has been back filled, the area inside has all been levelled off, I would think we should see some steel being dropped off anytime this week.
The security guard means business, I was just turning into the driveway to turn around and he was heading my way, as soon and I put it in reverse he stopped and continued his walking around, to me this is good,
Hope for you fellow longs that havent been out to the site, this gives you some insight,
