I am only looking to see message boards where the topic discussed is BCAP, not hundreds of posts crying scam for no reason. It's very hard to have a rational discussion about a company where every third post is a hysterical rant.

If it eventually comes to the point of litigation, so be it. I think everyone would prefer to avoid that route, and all it takes is some will to ban certain people from spamming.
