The important point is to be able to have a board to discuss the stock one is invested in.
The note about iHub yesterday is important because finally it sets precedents for what happens if the bashing continues unabated for too long. Eventually companies are forced to take legal action. In this case it's easier to prove defamation because everything is in writing.
I personally hate Minamar Marketing Group for all the damage it causes in the micro-cap market. But the only indirect relevance it has is to BCAP is finally they successfully sued iHub and the bashers the posted there.
BCAP is progresing its business agenda. Many of the things people said wouldn't ever happen have happened, are in process, or are on the verge of happening. Thursday and Friday saw confirmation that the audit has started.
The PR from 09/28/2012 tells that the S-1 registration process will start shortly. Very few companies go through either the audit or S-1 process. That should tell everyone something about what BCAP hopes to achieve in 2013 and beyond.
