I keep hearing about this Bill dude.
Is he like, a king or some kind of part the waters guy?
Maybe we won't grow hemp at all. Maybe we will hone the strains and let private farmers do the grunt work, we take the crop. Maybe? Import/export. Maybe.
Imagine how freaking stinky it will be around the MMJ Facility? I had two plants in My closet back when I grew and you could smell that shit from the driveway.
