Here is one automated email I received from Secret
Post# of 36728
"As of March 14, 2014, our records indicate the Annual Report
has not been filed for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, P.A., Document Number,
XXXXXXXXXX. Please disregard this notice if you have filed
since March 14, 2014.
To file your Annual Report, simply go to the Division of Corporations'
website, www.sunbiz.org and file online.
Please note: If you file after May 1st, you will incur a $400
non-negotiable late fee. Failure to file this report will result
in the administrative dissolution or revocation of this entity
on the 4th Friday in September.
All Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Limited Partnerships
must file an Annual Report to maintain "active" status and avoid
administrative dissolution or revocation. Filing instructions
are available on the website, and you may pay by credit card,
check or through a sunbiz account."
Each corporation is identified by a Document Number. I went to the online annual report filing option at sunbiz and copied and pasted my document number from the email.

After receiving prompts to check and update information, you just sign electronically by typing in your name, pay and hit file. I suppose anyone could have filed my annual reports so long as they paid the fees.
