See LinkedIn job descriptions

See LANL MST Division Welding 2000 http://www.lanl.gov/mst/docs/Welding2000.pdf
See question #1
5. Are they going to still be around in 18 months after we invest XXX million dollars in their product?
America Makes awarded 2 grants and Rockville Asset Management Ltd.'s invested $3,500,000. These 2 organizations, not included retail investors, seem to believe in the company and technology. We can ASSUME Ed Morris, prior Director of Mechanical Engineering & Manufacturing at Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering & Technology, award the 2nd America Makes grant to SGLB based on merits and industry needs.
Commercialization entails a whole system of customer support, training and handholding. It entails having employees that understand the customers business as well as they do and are able to clearly demonstrate how the SGLB products will enhance their bottom line. SGLB is nowhere near being able to provide this sort of customer support with their level of staffing.
Techsolve and Burke E Porter are involved in the 2nd America Makes grant, as well as GE Aviation. Both Techsolve & BEP are more than capable of building a lean business plan, distribute and provide support. Their involvement is a significant step in the direction for commercialization.
I hope the questions are answered to some degree of satisfaction.
