If I sold hundreds of millions or billions the shares outstanding would be 4 billion which is the authorized. The outstanding has hardly changed. I am not selling shares and have not in over a year. If I wanted to sell shares I would. There is nothing wrong with that so I would tell everyone by filing 144 papers. But even then I could only sell 88 million shares a year. That is in an entire year. Not even close to 100 million. But again I am not selling because I don't want to.
