It appears many have already sold substantial percentage of their shares so I doubt panic selling will continue.
The ominous moody tone seems to be due to
1. Hipple appearing on AEGY's S-4 filing which was amended yesterday. The amended filing still looks ridiculous due to purposeful misspellings and dual presidents.
2. The 3 new garbage notes on AEGY's 10k (10q?) convertible by the hipplepotamus for a lot of equity theft = dilution.
3. Fear that the merger will serve as a vehicle for Hippie to gain control of SKTO as he already controls AEGY.
4. No-longer-ridiculous possibility of suspension for AEGY and resulting doubt cast on SKTO.
