My biggest issue in no longer the merger. I spoke with Benz and had the feeling they are really small potatoes and not a player here.
Here is where my biggest issue comes in. Many other MMJ companies are aligning with other real companies and trying to merge in many areas in the MMJ sector to become the leaders.
We have 2 or 3 past scam artist that merge with "EACH OTHER" in a sector they have "NO CLUE" what they are doing. They never did anything and failed in mining, energy and healthcare. Why would this end any different? So now they are experts in a very difficult MMJ delivery system and have not advertised anything since the supposed launch.
Here is another problem. They said many times over in past sectors they were issuing a divy and merging only to go dark. Too many others alligning to make a difference in this sector the this idiot Robert Hipple and professional apologist Jan.
I too sold of 70+% and am looking for a fluff PR to exit the remaining 2 million shares. I was big on this and made money nut nothing like the potential of the others that are preparing to actually do something big.
I do feel bad for Benz being in this spot as he seems the only real person in this and cannot keep order with the scammers.
Personally think AEGY fades or is shut down in near future with the scam company I-Equity Hipple ran and joke of the on and off again filings.
