Well it does say Amended................a mistake

Well it does say Amended................a mistake was made on a filing, much like a tax return to the IRS, of course this being the SEC and an Amended filing was made to correct it.

Now one has to ask, how does a thing like this happen? Did Hipple really electronically sign his signature to the first filed document as an over-sight, and/or is someone at Corporate not paying much attention to paper work, even worse has access to Hipples old electronic e-mail and signature................................................GO FIGURE

Although its comforting to see the Amended filing, there still exist a bothersome perception of incompetents.
