Another W for the Bulls as momentum builds

Well, as expected the bears cleared the bids out for a 3 cent print but had to tread cautiously as the 8K released this afternoon makes it all the more dangerous to load up on the short side this low on the chart.

For all they know, TECO could be posting videos of wells sputtering oil into a tank while a couple of guys banter about dodging a call from their wives. The bears sure didn't know that this was coming. I'll let the experts fleshout what the 8K means to the company and I'll just focus on the tape.

Pretty much everything I said yesterday still applies. The technicals are showing multiple signals of a rally impending off of the low:

Today the MACD cross over held it's gains and as mentioned this is an important signal to momentum traders and for TECO it has preceded a rally 6 out of the last 6 times. The bears obviously tried to whack down in the last couple of minutes of trading for the closing print but we were having none of that and buyers came in for the lift to close us at .0339.

It comes as no surprise that we saw the after hours fake trade lower to scare retail investors. It didn't work yesterday, I doubt it will work today, I don't see why they keep doing it when it's just not working.

Perhaps these bears share the same futile obstinacy of the thoroughly discredited Geopressure, who continues to feed Treaty's general council with electronic gems that will be used against him in court. I get the feeling that he won't even respond to the complaint, thereby conceding default judgment against him. Since it is doubtful that he has the money to pay whatever penalty he will be hit with, he will be looking at jailtime whereby he will be given the option to name his co conspirators, which is where things should get really interesting. That's my prediction, I can't wait to see how that goes.

In any case, the events that have unfolded this week are great for Treaty and us Bulls so have a great weekend everyone.
