Just wanted to let you know this is a significant achievement for the company. In order to ensure a solid foundation going forward, we needed an entity that more accurately described the main thrust of our business model. NX Uranium accomplishes that objective. All our mining assets will be owned by this entity. Kelly Dearth will chair the advisory board which will include industry experts that can assist him with acquisition targets and strategy.
