It will be informal meeting which will not have an addenda other than a way to start and complete a project on behalf of TECO.  If you want to see the company move forward and you want to do something about it.  I am planning on having the meeting in may so that there are no weather related issue.  We are not going to have this meeting to harm the Co in anyway so if that is your addenda stay home.  It is going to be for share holders only.  I think we need to start something that we lead to a solution and positive completion of one good well.  Basically a baby step in a positive direction which we will make happen.  Any share holders with good Ideas are welcome.
