JMHO, but the diving operations could start any minute. They have the boats and divers ready and the best trees tagged, All they need is to bring in a loader to get the tress stockpiled. Other  facilities will be added as we progress. Not too complicated. By the time the Tigerlynk is brought on board, other facilities will be required. We're not mining for gold-simply cutting trees and dragging them to shore. I personally don't anticipate a long wait.
