CORRECTION; TABLE WITH BASIC DATA IS AMENDED
Notice regarding Amendment of An act to amend the Act on Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds, etc., and the Financial Business Act (Act no. 244 as of 19 March 2014) in connection with regulation of the refinancing risk inherent in mortgage-credit bonds, covered mortgage-credit bonds, and covered bonds etc.
Due to the implementation of the above mentioned change in legislation NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S (the exchange) and the Danish mortgage banks has decided upon the additional basic bond data for bonds which are subject to the new legislation to trading and official listing.
Thus in connection with application for admission of bonds, which are subject to the new legislation, to trading and official listing the issuers must submit the following additional basic bond data to the exchange;
RefinFailY / RefinFailN
Possible extension of the maturity of the bond if refinancing fails; RefinFailY
or
Extension of the maturity of the bond if refinancing fails is not possible; RefinFailN
IntTrigg1Y / IntTrigg2Y / IntTriggN
Possible one year extension of the maturity of the bond if refinancing results in more than 5 pct. increase in the yield; IntTrigg1Y
or
Possible two years extension of the maturity of the bond if refinancing results in more than 5 pct. increase in the yield; IntTrigg2Y
or
Extension of the maturity of the bond if refinancing results in more than 5 pct. increase in the yield not possible; IntTriggN
IntLmtY / IntLmtN
Possible application of an interest rate cap if an increase in yield exceeds a pre specified maximum when the interest coupon is fixed; IntLmtY
or
Application of an interest rate cap is not possible; IntLmtN
Distribution of the new basic data
The additional basic bond data will be distributed by the exchange in the exchange’s data feed, message 15.9 Notification and 14.1 BasicDataTable in the following form;
