So I had a chance to listen to the Q&A. It is at about the 1:07 mark. RH responds to a question and says that processors #4 & 5 are 75% complete. Hooray. Does not change anything.
After pounding the table with remarks that 4 and 5 were not 75% complete...and basically asking for links and proof...you come up with this statement.
