ChitrChatr Communications Inc. to Qualify for Canadian/Provincial Research and Development Incentives
CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - Mar 28, 2014) - ChitrChatr Communications Inc. (OTC Pink: CHICF) (PINKSHEETS: CHICF) ("ChitrChatr"), a world leader in developing and marketing the Comprehensive Universal Unified Communications Platform ("CUUCP"), today announced that it has incorporated a subsidiary in the province of Québec to perform further research and development on the CUUCP, potentially qualifying ChitrChatr for governmental economic development incentives, including both tax credits and grants.
In an effort to enable Canadian and Québec companies to become and remain innovative, the Canadian and Québec governments have implemented tax incentives to support these companies in their R&D initiatives. As a result, Canada and Québec are recognized as being among the most attractive places in the world to undertake R&D activities. ChitrChatr stands to benefit from incentives at both levels by performing development and advancement work on the CUUCP within the province of Québec.
The Canadian federal income tax credit program for Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) sets out the conditions for basic and applied research or for experimental development to qualify for tax incentives. A project and its activities must meet three criteria, namely: scientific or technological advancement, scientific or technological uncertainty, and scientific or technical content.
In Québec, the program is structured to reimburse up to 90% of R&D completed in Canada. ChitrChatr believes the Canadian and Québec government programs are the most R&D friendly of any it has seen and allow for the best and most realistic opportunity to bring its products to market.

Text
One of the most unique features of ChitrChatr's text/SMS will be your ability to reply from a forwarded number with the recipient receiving your actual SMS number instead of the number from which you forwarded the message.

With a ChitrChatr phone number, you will be able to send and receive telephone, SMS/text, and faxes to and from that single number.
