Thinking along similar lines. Berkeley Bio is indisputably the crown jewel of SKTO, and the fortunes of BB are paramount. From the March 4th "merger" PR: "According to SKTO's Dave Hoye: 'This could not be a better arrangement for what we have been doing at Berkeley Bio. This will allow us to more effectively deliver our cutting edge products to our patient customers.'"
