I must say I'm feeling very uneasy about all of these SEC inquiries. This is going to spill over into us. Just as Colorado's laws changing in January made this thing blast through the roof I think these SEC violations and shutdowns will effect us the opposite. Unless we have ammo to combat it. I don't know if we do. Plus what if we get halted? YIKES we don't know much about what Bill does make no mistake thinking we are completely in the loop.
If I would have told you Bill and friends were suing PHOT you would have called me a basher.
Now that its a fact people were actually happy and then sad when the lawsuit was dropped. That was very confusing
Now we have private financing that we all thought we didn't even need after PHOT?
More equity was given up? we don't know. Was this private equity PR just a bluff? If so I don't like being used by reacting to a false or unintentional pr.
I'm starting to worry. Lets see what Friday brings. Fridays are always good for stocks LOL
