This company has new management.
The old managers were printing shares.
The new management is not going to sell new shares under $ 2.50 as stated by the Chairman of the Board of directors.
They have one of the largest rare earth deposits in the world.
There is a world class uranium deposit.
The silver deposit spin off into Texas Silver and Gold Minning. The share holder on the exdate will recieve shares of the new company.
