What many of our detractors fail to realize, and frankly wouldn't care, even if the evidence was placed in front of their eyes, is that the SEC has a tremendous amount of latitude as they are the oversight in regards to these suspensions. Just because a negative individual says something does not make it good soothe or the truth. Striking back at a wall does very little to the wall, but if its your fist you can break it with ease. Maybe not the greatest analogy, but talking to SOD and his group of cronies is like talking to the wall. You have a better chance of making sense if you have a conversation with the mirror. It is time wasted with them in my opinion. At this point we are basically defending the indefensible without evidence. The SEC has provided none and KMAG has provided little beyond that. I guess at this point the debate is more about entertainment than providing additional due diligence about the company?
Jeff has assured me of a few things:
1. The SEC has more lattitude than the bashers care to realize.
2. The appropriate paperwork is being taken care of with diligence and accuracy as not to make any additional mistakes.
3. He has not forgotten shareholders.
4. He does not plan on staying on the greys and does plan on uplisting regardless the cost (whether to himself or us)
5. He will NOT produce news to satiate the masses, but when something relevant needs to be said.
6. He WILL continue to provide mostly "vanilla" responses until appropriate documents are filed.
7. He is confident and remains confident in both his business plan and his ability to recover from this mess.
8. He considers this a chapter. In need of repair and then we move on.
9. He realizes he has MUCH MORE at stake than we do. His money is deeply invested into the company with a major controlling block of the stock.
10. He is not pleased with those who smear his character and believes he will find vindication and move them away from KMAG for good.
For what it is worth, if anything, much of this I have gleaned from the responses many of you have posted, but also from my past exchanges with Jeff. Personally, I had not emailed him in about a month and have preached leaving him to his devices, so he can repair the damage, however ocassionally I like to touch base with an idea or question which does not "beg" for news. I recently received much of the above in an exchange with him, which validates much of what the rest of us are receiving. His major comment to me though, was the first I posted and the one I think naysayers fail to comprehend or will bury as non-possibilities and that is that the SEC has the latitude and final say. If KMAG is to make it back to the pinks, which I believe they will, the SEC has the ability and power to exonerate JR if their criteria is met.
