Viper Networks and Apollo Metro Announce Sponsorship of Arab Future Cities Summit 2014

TROY, Mich., March 27, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VPER), an intelligent LED lighting solutions provider, is pleased to announce that Apollo Metro Solutions is an official sponsor of the Arab Future Cities Summit to be held on April 7 th and 8 th in Doha, Qatar.

As stated by the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning, State of Qatar: "Arab Future Cities Summit 2014 connects local stakeholders and international experts in a platform where best practice strategies, innovative technologies and projects can be showcased and shared in order to achieve sustainable urban development objectives."

The Third Annual Summit event has quickly grown into the premier 'Smart Cities' conference in the Middle Eastern region, attracting over 300 senior-level delegates and support from worldwide leading companies committed to the development of smart and sustainable cities.

Indeed, the Summit welcomes government officials, city leaders, academics, urban planners, environmental consultants and technologies from around the Middle East and beyond. Under the patronage of the State of Qatar, some of the major event sponsors include industry leaders like Cisco, Vodafone, Microsoft, and Bosch; in addition to a select number of emerging exhibitors like Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc.

In follow up to the Company's announcement released in early February (news: 2/6/14), which denoted completion of the preliminary LED lighting pilot program in the city of Doha, Qatar; it is especially relevant to acknowledge the importance of Apollo Metro's (in partnership with Viper Networks) current pilot testing project in Doha during the upcoming Arab Future Cities Summit, as it relates to demonstrating the Company's superior LED lighting solutions to scores of government officials and city planners in attendance from throughout the region.

Key Middle Eastern and Qatar development updates after the summit should follow forthcoming announcements, which promise to address the new LED lighting products for the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary d/b/a Viper Agricultural Technology (Fast Grow LED technology), the LED street lights roll-out for Collier County in Florida and multiple term sheet offers for the sizable Sri Lanka Ministry of Highways project(s).
