Bill Chaaban, President & CEO, stated, "We are proud to have secured a commitment of private funding of $20 Million USD to fund the first phase of our project located in Lakeshore, Canada. Through a private equity stake, our private partners have already advanced $4.5 million USD for the project thus far. Under the private financing commitment, they are projected to finance the balance of funds within 90 days on a weekly basis."
