Veeerrry Instrustink but Stuuupid! (care of Sergeant Schultz from Hogan's Heros) I'm thinking Bill needed the funding in lieu of Sterling stalling on his funding the contract. April 4th will now be the consummation of the FITX / PHOT marriage and Sterling will be putting up a very large dowry for his bride to include being 2nd fiddle. It sucks to fuck with Bill!
