2. Dilution check! although Steve has not sold any shares

3. Constant lies by the CEO check!

4. Material events never 8k'd check!

5. Pumping by the CEO check!

6.  False PR's check! see #3

7. CEO posting on message boards check! claimed he would stop but couldn't see #3

8. CEO not willing to answer shareholders questions and when he did told the half truth check! also see #3

9. CEO giving insider info to Posters on message boards check!

10. CEO unable to bring ANY value to shareholders and now he is going to start over double check!
