General Counsel or Corporate Counsel? It may be a distinction without a difference. General Counsel aka Chief Legal Officer is usually acknowledged as an officer of a corporation. The fact that Florida lists R.H. in the 2014 filing under "Officers/Directors Detail" appears to be a red flag worth a closer look.
