First, where did everyone go? I check in at IHUB now and again but can't post (have been banned). But I see there many who used to post here. What, are they all trying to offset the negativism from bashers? Why bother! This board dried up seemingly overnight after I got used to it being where serious EWSI investors frequented. ??
Anyway, this lawsuit business sucks and will only delay EWSI's ascendancy. First the resigning of Malone, now this. Man, I'm trying to hold strong but EWSI is shooting itself in the foot. Doesn't matter who's right or wrong. Perception is everything. New eyes now have further cause to hold off. Sheesh!!
EWSI could be moving too fast and not dotting their "i's" and crossing their "t's". Malone should not have been signed and PR'd to the world until agreement on the China issue was reached. Period! And now it seems the 2trg deal also had a misunderstanding. OK, maybe those gals who owned it are way off base. But the perception is unavoidable. Marty somehow might have pulled a fast one.
Marty's execution to date has been impressive. But a few more of these types of black eyes and people will begin reasoning he's pushing too fast and/or a bully in the negotiation room. Either way, they'll stay away. This is 2 missteps already and it's only end of first qtr. Not good folks! EWSI is small and tenuous enough as it is. Not much room left for error.
