JGMJ will be assisting STBV, the Company in executing its business plan and implementing the Operations sector, as Strategic Global has completed its upgrades in Colorado.

Under the direction of Mr. Josh Goyert, JGMJ Consulting represents over 40 years of experience and acquired knowledge in this emerging industry. Mr. Goyert is uniquely qualified and has an extensive understanding of the Marijuana industry; having been fully involved as it has unfolded. Mr. Goyert is currently a licensed personal producer and is a designated grower of Medical Marijuana under health Canada's MMAR. Joshua has hands on experience in both indoor and outdoor growing and production of Marijuana plants in a variety of mediums. He has co-designed and co-constructed multiple facilities and has been instrumental in the acquisition of required licensing.

JGMJ has already been in discussions with several other Merger & Acquisition candidates and Marijuana industry prospects regarding Strategic Global. JGMJ is confident that because of Strategic Global's current strong cash position, that one or several mergers will be successful. It's anticipated that Strategic Global will be in position to close on several of the impending Marijuana related transactions within the next 60-90 days.
