Guys, we need to set our short term expectations appropriately. Bill said the books would be ready in May to begin the uplist process. My guess is that he plans to uplist to upper tiers of OTC first, such as OTCQX or OTCQB. Like anyone else, I would love to be surprised with a NASDAQ uplist scenario, however, I don't see that as a realistic possibility by any means at this time. There are way too many requirements which would not be met for that type of uplist right now, and I just don't see any realistic way an OTC pink would uplist straight to NASDAQ. Just simply not going to happen IMO. The wild card would be if FITX+PHOT+EDXC somehow merged into a mega company and pursued the NASDAQ uplist. However, I really don't see that happening, but would love to be wrong of course...
