Another AEGY filing with florida with Hipple, Choo and Burke on it. No Barerra. Could be a few things: either they need hipple and the gang to sign off on past filings, a takeover (though no 8-k) Benz contract with aegy could be up(1 year anniversary with skto is today)or hipple and
Choo are running aegy. Since AEGY havent file a 8-k and changed officers I think Hipple's gang had to sign off on their past filing imo need more clarification from benz
