Remember my post about some debts following you to the grave? If the bankruptcy petitioners could have filed personal bankruptcy they would have chosen that option rather than hiring attorneys to defend them, which has to be costing them some big bucks.
The petitioners are fighting an uphill battle, because not only are they paying for their attorneys but they are going to be paying for Treaty's attorney fees for this phase of the trial too.
The petitioners are bleeding out money right now and the longer this phase of the trial takes the more money they lose and have to pay for Treaty's attorneys fees. Reality will sink in soon and they will settle to stop the accumulating attorneys fees!
They have lost the war; how long do you think they can maintain the fight in this battle?
