Comparison figures for 2009-2013 based on Tryg’s new portfolio split between Commercial and Corporate. As announced in the annual report 2013, Tryg has made a new portfolio split between the business areas Commercial and Corporate as of 2014. With the new split, 8,000 customers, corresponding to DKK 0.9bn, are transferred from Corporate to Commercial. The purpose of the new split is to make Corporate more targeted towards large customers and at the same time ensure the use of the incorporated service model for medium-sized customers in Commercial. Commercial | sells insurance products to small and medium-sized companies in Denmark and Norway. Corporate | sells insurance products to corporate customers under the 'Tryg' brand in Denmark and Norway and the 'Moderna' brand in Sweden. The change to the portfolio split between Commercial and Corporate means that the limit as to when a business customer belongs to Corporate is at least 100 employees and a turnover of DKK 100m. Previously the limit was 50 employees or an annual premium of DKK 900,000. The enclosed tables for 2009-2013 outline the pro forma quarterly comparison figures for Tryg’s new portfolio division.
