As to a suggestion as to follow up, let me try writing such an email as a suggestion:
Hello, I am trying to confirm whether Bayano Lake Wood Products (ficha number 807825) has any or all of the needed permits from ANAM to engage in the business of extracting snags from Lake Bayano. If this is something you cannot disclose, please inform me of that.
The underwater logging concession in question is on the Comarca of the Kuna of Madugandi. So, the General Congress of the Kuna of Madugandi would be involved in authorizing this endeavor in whatever way is customary. The right to extract snags from this section of Lake Bayano was originally secured by a different company called B&B Madera S.A.. My understanding is that official letter DGOMI/DMRA-648-12 dated October 18, 2012 from ARAP addressed to the Director of Integrated Management of Watershed Authority ANAM, awarded a business licence to B&B Madera S.A. for the purpose of developing a Talipia business and extracting snags from Lake Bayano in the area of Parti, Nacruz Gandi y Tabardi. On January 25, 2013, the General Congress of the Kuna of Madugandi granted B&B Madera the right to pursue this endeavor. B&B Madera decided to grant the right to extract snags to Bayano Lake Wood Products with the approval of the General Congress of the Kuna of Madugandi. I am trying to confirm that Bayano Lake Wood Products is permitted to extract snags.
Since I don't understand the permitting process, it isn't clear to me in what manner Bayano Lake Wood Products would need to have permits. Maybe it is the Kuna of Madugandi or B&B Madera that has the ANAM permits. Would Bayano Lake Wood Products, as a subcontractor, need to have ANAM permits or be cited within such permits? Bayano Lake Wood Products will also process, sell, and export wood.
Any assistance you can offer in confirming Bayano Lake Wood Products right to extract snags in the aforementioned concession would be appreciated. Thanks very much for your time and consideration.
