Oilfield I read those.  About Saudi   "Rambler  " is about as credible as a used car salesman. Blind, on the other hand to me, is  credible but how he would know something like that ? Beats the cats out of me. I would think that Treaty would have to hold off recovering oil, if they are at that stage until the GOB gives them the permish to announce it, other wise they would have problems with the SEC if they were to begin with out an 8K
