The recent increase in daily volume is impressive, not to mention the percentage price gains over the last few days. As I have always expressed, the idea of a fully reporting micro cap start-up company is extremely rare and RFMK and the CEO Mr Allinder did it!
I have always said that the primary fundamental way in which to bring value to shareholders is via making this a real company which requires full transparency in the form of audited financials and that brings about uplisting in most cases. The price chart for a micro cap stock can jump to any price at any time, I have also expressed that point for years. Anything can happen in this market but some did not have the vision to see that truth, yet they still refuse to exile their failed alter egos from the forums, they persist and have the nerve to continue to make false accusations against the company and management as well as continue to "warn" followers and investors of RFMK. These same manipulative clowns were pounding the table at low triple zero prices that RFMK was nothing more than a scam and it would "verifiably" fall to triple one then no bid then delisted or DTC lock or SEC halt. None of that occurred, and instead the price has moved up over 1 cent! How about them apples?!!!
Effectively, it appears to be a very lucrative endeavor for most of whom are exposed to the bashers opines to act and invest in the exact opposite way that the peanut gallery suggests.
The fundamental story for RFMK seems to be just (finally) getting started, however the stock chart technicals are another matter. The RSI is now above 90 a clear signal of the stock being overbought and the 200 day moving average is still at $0.0011 while the stock is up 10-fold that price. We have seen these liquidity spikes before and they typically do not end well for quick draw traders. I really have no advice to day traders and flippers, all I can say is that such behavior in the markets is highly risky though individuals have every right in the world to gamble their money in the OTC market. As I have always suggested, the real way to invest is slowly over long periods of time, accumulate at various price points and do not allow short term spikes and fluctuations to alter your long term investment strategy. Do not play the manipulative market makers game. IMO RFMK has many interesting fundamental catalysts which are potentially game-changers in the future (new product, sales, revenues, acquisitions, etc), but of course the short term technicals is what most desire about which to opine and that is absolutely fine but just realize that the quick draw day traders losing hot money as the stock is falling will be selling in a panic while smart long term investors likely are doing the opposite or else waiting for their chance to continue to accumulate a price they have targeted, and vice versa, while day trading flippers are buying hand over fist in a panic and all at once while the stock puts in a 52 week high, the smart long term investors will likely be trimming their large long term positions at various price points to take some profit while keeping their core position. This is the essence of patient smart long term fundamental value investing, it can be very powerful if the investor has the patience and intestinal fortitude to weather the silly daily fluctuations. When the weak minded hear of such investment strategies, they immediately laugh out loud. When smart long term investors hears of such strategies, they nod in agreement and ponder on all the investment experience from the past which has made themselves have the vision and wisdom to see this valuable market principle.
