Why is the response from JBI termed a "necessary boilerplate disclaimer "? That does not fit the purpose of the document. Those studies are to be relied upon. Companies go to the bank and borrow money based on those studies. It is also confidential to SAIC and JBI JBI should have done nothing and just ignored it. All they did by calling attention to it was to indirectly authenticate it.
