News Baristas Coffee Co Recognized by 65 Respectable News Companies In The World at CoffeeFest
Coffee Fest in Seattle is the largest and most respected conference for coffee in the nation and is attended by the top industry professionals from around the globe. The "America's Best Coffeehouse Competition" is among the most prestigious awards that can be earned. Eight semifinalist coffeehouses within the western region have been selected. The final eight will battle it out live at Coffee Fest for carefully selected judges appointed by Coffee Fest. The competition begins Friday, Sept. 21, 2012 at 12:30pm and continues through Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 4:00pm when a champion will be crowned.
Payton Scott, also known as "Payton Barista," will be one of the judges selected for the competition and was chosen from submissions throughout the nation. Payton has quickly become one of the most recognized and respected baristas in the US. She manages coffee stands for Baristas in four states and has earned "Top Shift" honors more often and in more locations than any other "Baristas" barista. She has also been featured in the recently announced reality docuseries "Baristas" being developed and produced by A. Smith and Co. producers of "Hells Kitchen", "Kitchen Nightmares", and over 75 other top ten shows.
