We all hope so.
Neither delivers revenue directly, but both show $BCAP tidying up and tightening up its filings. The TA LOI announcement will deliver revenues and profits, without diluting current shareholders.
The audit is critical to the S-1 registration process, and that will lead to $BCAP trading on the OTCBB.
