NCTY reported that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with a company with its principal business operations in China to dispose of certain businesses.
In particular, according to the letter of intent, the acquirer plans to acquire Shanghai Huopu Cloud Computing Terminal Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned consolidated variable interest entity of NCTY , which mainly holds two web games including ReXue NBA for a total consideration of RMB200 million . According to the letter of intent, a definitive agreement is expected to be signed in April 2014 subject to, among other conditions, satisfactory completion of due diligence by the acquirer.
There is no assurance that the transaction will proceed as parties expect and a press release will be issued in the event that parties enter into any definitive agreement with respect to the business disposal.
NCTY is an online game developer and operator. It develops and operates, directly or through its affiliates, its proprietary MMO, web and mobile games including Firefall, QiJiGuiLai, ReXue NBA and TianTianWenXiYou.

RMBS and Nanya Technology Corporation reported that they have signed a broad five-year patent license agreement.
This agreement allows for the use of certain high-performance, low-power patented innovations developed by RMBS in Nanya DRAM products and enables future technology collaboration.
Under this agreement, RMBS and Nanya have settled all outstanding claims, providing Nanya with access to certain memory-related RMBS innovations through the second quarter of 2018. Other terms of the agreement are confidential.
RMBS ' technology solutions include memory, chip interfaces and architectures, end-to-end security, and advanced LED lighting. It focuses on designing, developing, and licensing technology related to memory and interfaces; and providing various services, including know-how and technology transfer, product design and development, system integration, and other services.
