As everyone knows, the 10K is due by the last day of the third month after the end of the year. That makes it March 31, which is Monday a week from tomorrow. However, as everyone also knows TECO usually has almost always filed for a delay which allows for five business days before the 10K would officially be termed late. That fifth day however falls on a Saturday, so the probable official last day for TECO to file is April 7. Now, having posted that, it has been more common for TECO to be even later than the required final filing date at least a few times in the past. So hopefully, they will get it filed sometime within the second week of April, or again hopefully, sometime in April. The 10K filing is not what is important to TECO at this point in time. What is important for TECO and their investors is for them to achieve an agreement for capital to continue their drilling operation in west Texas, and for them to continue revamping their organization team. Realistically if they can make those two things happen by the end of the second quarter, and hit a well or possibly two by that time (end of second quarter), then investors could potentially see some nice movement in the stock on the upside. And with their new consulting firm, who knows what other opportunities they may bring in that could aid the pps? Very slowly, progress is being made. Let's hope the pace picks up a bit and continues throughout the year.
