The public momentum towards mj as a sector will certainly get it's bumps and bruises along the way and numerous issues will come up and be dealt with. Its just the nature of business. Having said that you need to consider what fuels the motivation of State and Govt. TAX REVENUE, it's that simple.  In the US the states are not allowed to print money like you see at the Federal Level yet they are required by Federal Laws to financially support numerous tax revenue based social programs. They can only get so much money from taxes/licensing/etc.., and with the economy in a tailspin they are desperate for new sources of tax revenue. So here is a cash cow being controlled by cartels, Guess what cartels, you have a big competitor knocking down your door.  So it's off to the races.  I do think when the market settles down the actual user base will be much smaller then anticipated though. That is, until medicinal mj makes its way into institutional level usage., hospitals, etc.  So if you are a long, whether in this company or another, just due your own DD, ask questions (this board is very proactive)
