CLDX Daily Chart ~ On Watch for an Entry
I'm looking for an entry into CLDX. A few friends entered last week on the bounce off the MA200. I chose to wait due to the positioning of the various indicators. As one can see on the chart below, CLDX is not a difficult one to trade. One just has to wait for the resets and take advantage of the exits when the indicators begin showing caution signs. The weakness in the large cap biotech stock on Friday most definitely assisted the selling across the board in the bio sector. There will be some real bargains shortly, so keep your eyes open. I like this stock due to the huge volatility which in the past shows gains from 50% to over 100%. There are also options available with CLDX, so an in the money call will probably be the way I go should I enter. For now, the indicators are in very oversold territories but need to level out some first. So on watch for now. GLTA
