Having so many RS shares issued at .001 is more of a detriment (in my opinion) during a companys startup phase because it allows insiders to cash out very early with enormous profits.
IMO - I disagree 1000% Get the restricted shares out of the way and let the market absorb them. The market is absorbing them and we have no revenue. Means once harvesting starts and revenues are generating from the different business FITX will soar. There will be no need to increase future A/S and once the company starts making money they can start buying back shares - which will drive the price even higher.
The opposite will happen with PHOT. They are issuing more shares now which is going to drive the future price lower once those come into the market.
Bill made a very smart move! 100-200 mill shares means nothing to FITX pps right now. I'm not saying that the mm's wont push it lower to get cheap shares - that I expect but we wont see .04 we may see .065 if they're lucky. The closer we get to licensing the stronger the support will be.
