I'll agree with that regarding that list of Mr. Bo

Companies can project things and sometimes things can happen which throw a wrench into those projections. When that happens, that company should jump up and tell shareholders exactly why their projections fell apart. Shareholders depend on that information.
Mr. Bordynuik, on the other hand, puts out positive projections continuously. Those projections then are left to wane and fall apart without every being addressed. Shareholders only see a continuous stream of positive projections and often there is no concrete point when a projection fell apart. The RockTenn venture, for example, is dead now but at what point did it die?? It turns out the project was effectively dropped right after it was announced.
I will point out that the sheer number of positive projections from Mr. Bordynuik which all invariably fall apart makes it statistically impossible that Mr. Bordynuik's projections and statements are anything but baseless statements of fantasy. That misrepresents the business and shareholders who relied on Mr. Bordynuik's statements when they invested lose their money. It's pretty much the definition of fraud.
