REMEMBER, WE'RE THE PLAINTIFF (VICTIM)
In addition, the injunction is huge for (FITX). It gives us plenty of time to get the license, finish the facility and start growing before Health Canada enforces rule and law.
All other companies who were product ready will suffer huge financially due to the injunction.
Everything is setting up huge for FITX!
