Me thinks this is quite a good example of how long term fundamental investment pays off, in the end. I imagine each and every long went into such an investment into a PK company with both eyes wide open, and I imagine longs already were well aware that RFMK would continue to dilute in order to raise capital for operations. But long term fundamental value investors were willing to withstand the dilution for years because they had vision and could see beyond the day trading fluctuations of the price chart. The longs could see that with the funding arrangement with IronRidge, this company would be able to have a steady stream of income by which to use for growing the business and one of the CEO's primary goals was to pull the company out of the gutter and get it audited and fully reporting with the SEC. The CEO has accomplished that goal!
I rarely link to other boards but I think the recent company game-changing developments and recent stock market action calls for an exception. I think it is instructive to witness what has been spewed by the dark cesspool of the pinky scam manipulation rings touting themselves as saviors looking to take a bite out of crime in the stinky pinky scum swamp, all the while actually attempting to lead real long term fundamental value investors astray for their own shady agenda.
Some have touted that Mr Allinder would " never" deliver on promises made to become fully reporting. Well, I guess it is time for all to remind themselves that these shady criminals working as paid bashers for a stock manipulation ring have always been wrong and likely will refuse to admit and accept how wrong they were about RFMK and will continue to be wrong about the RFMK story . I believe this serves as a warning for all on internet stock message forums that there are shady bashers lurking on certain forums and to steer clear of their viral websites full of trojans and tracking software and to disregard everything they claim; the dark side of the force is their way and they will use lies, deceit and fear in an attempt to sway sentiment for their own dark agenda.

Let me repeat what I said in October - RFMK will never become an SEC reporting company again.
It is just B.S. from the promoter turned CEO to help his insiders continue to dump tens of millions newly issued free trading shares into the market every week. "

There are many many other examples of errant predictions of the future, however they are now shown to be utterly useless to inform or teach investors about this company or providing a vision of what the company's potential could be going forward. No one can know the future. Period. All the nonsense from whatever peanut gallery decides to make fools of themselves on an anonymous board have absolutely no bearing on the future of this company or any other. IMO once true retail investors see that this is the truth, it is likely that the only posts which will remain on such forums will be the paid bashers pounding the table and ranting nonsense to each other with no one else listening and no more sheep to shear using their manipulative practices. All in my honest opinion, of course!
